The HYSUN3000 coped with 450 meters in difference of altitude and so the vehicle passed the border to Spain without any problems. Also the next coming test was passed: the spanish police wanted to see the official approval and homologation for road service.
Just before Barcelona we were celebrating the first goal: The HYSUN3000 had already passed its 3000 kilometers since the start in Berlin.
The arrival in Barcelona was during nightfall and a TV team accompanied the last few kilometers. Passing road user and passers-by bid the HYSUN3000 welcome.
The team stopped its tour proudly, happy and exhausted in front of the Sagrada Familia. Tomorrow on 23.09.2004, the final arrangement will take place in front of the Ajuntamiento de Barcelona.
