At 12 pm the HYSUN startet its tour to France. Close to the border the police stopped the vehicle. After checking the official approval and homologation for road service the police men soothed. When they learned more about the HYSUN project they instantly become very enthusiastic and allowed us to continue the tour.
The tour passed Belfort with its huge fort and went along the marvellous Doubs Valley. After 206 kilometers the HYSUN reached Besançon. The hydrogen consumption increased a bit to 119 g hydrogen per 100 kilometers because of the slopes along the tour.
In order to reach our target of 3000 kilometers, we decided to add some more stops in France during the tour. This means we will arrive in Barcelona on 22nd of September.
