  The HYSUN3000-team has reached its target with the hydrogen fueled vehicle: it run 3000 kilometers with only 3.265 kilograms of hydrogen (equals 0.4 litres of gasoline per 100 kilometers).  This is the first fuel cell vehicle with the lowest fuel consumption running such a long distance on the road!

Today the final event of the HYSUN3000-tour took place in Barcelona. Deputy Mayor Portabella, Roviera und Juan de Blas, Secretary of Spanish Fuel Cells Association (APPICE) attended the press conference. Not only the spanish press was interested in the HYSUN3000. A school class passing the event, made a Loala-Wave in front of the vehicle. These might be the potential user of the fuel cell technology.  They showed their enthusiasm like many other people before meeting the HYSUN on the road. Awaking enthusiasm for the fuel cell technology was another goal of this project. This was successfully reached regarding the response of the public.
